Shipping and Policies

We ship product every Monday to ensure cool + fresh product arrival. There are naturally occurring probiotics in every jar, if jars are left long after delivery, the power of probiotics could cause the "top to pop". Please retrieve packages immediately and put Treat Top right into the fridge.

We ship all Treat Top in insulated and cooled packaging with two-day shipping.

*ONCE WE SHIP OUT PACKAGES WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED PACKAGES, AND MISSING PACKAGES. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED THROUGH THE CARRIER OR UPS AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM AND WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS*

-Estimated delivery dates are given by UPS are out of our control. If your order does not arrive on the estimated delivery date please contact the carrier.

-Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Please track your package and expect their arrival. We make sure we package your order with care so they don't melt and or break in the box but often times couriers are not very friendly with our packages. So please do not let your package sit outside and if not eaten right away please follow storage instructions included. 

-Once your order has been delivered we are not responsible for packages unattended, lost, damaged, and or not picked up.

As these are food products, and shipping is out of our control, we do not accept returns on products nor do we ship replacements.
